Certified Professional Michael Potter
I was born in Boulder, Colorado, and went to high school at Regis Jesuit H.S. in North Denver where I led my high school golf team to a state championship. I would later come back to play collegiately for Colorado, in Boulder, where I played golf and studied business. After graduating from C.U., I immersed myself in a field that I have loved since a young kid. For the last 12 years I have worked as a golf professional at Trapp River and Merrill Golf Courses and currently reside in the town of Merrill, Wisconsin. Currently I am also the coach golf for UW-Marathon County (a top rated two year college). Prior to becoming a professional, I learned clubmaking and club repair under Master clubmaker Dennis O'Shea. I learned about the P.P.G.S. after sustaining a back injury three years ago, and highly endorse Don Trahan's swing as the most body friendly and powerful swing based on the laws of physics and the science of anatomy. Contact me if you want to learn to swing a golf club the proper way, based on the laws of physics and human physiology.
